. . . A|X Boi's uber tite Xanga . . . During the Spring of 1995, a group of ambitious men at the University of California, Davis, assembled in the Mee Room of the Memorial Union to discuss the possibilities of creating a new Asian-American fraternity. Out of this long and arduous search, sprung eleven strong minded individuals who gained a renewed sense of awareness about themselves, and what they were looking for in a fraternity. All of the Brothers agreed that the fundamental of a fraternity is the unity found in brotherhood. With this desire, Psi Chi Omega became the ideal fraternity. whose traditions promote excellence through Integrity, Perseverance, and Eternal Brotherhood. Its strong interchapter relationships further strengthened our determination to be a part of Psi Chi Omega. Consequently, the Brothers of Gamma Colony accepted Psi Chi Omega's bid to establish a new fraternity at the University of California, Davis on February of 1996 and was ultimately chapterized on January 24, 1997. As our fraternity perpetually grows, our underlying goals continue to be the devotion to our chapters and an uncompromising Brotherhood.

Check out the link below for Old Tea House's most recent violations with Yolo County food inspections.  How are they not shut down?

http://www.decadeonline.com/insp.phtml?agency=YOL&violsortfield=TB_CORE_INSPECTION_VIOL.UPDATE_BY&forceresults=1&record_id=PR0031295

It's been awhile, but this is Old Tea House's new, not improved, menu.  After
much applause from the first menu, I had to go back and rate the add-on menu as
well.  Take a gander.

Monday, May 30, 2005

After $567.61 plus tax, I bring to you, the rated version of the Old Tea House menu.
This took 2 years to finish it.  Feel free to leave comments about items you feel that tea
house has gyped you on, or whatever.

It'd be great if peeps comment to show me that I haven't wasted my time.  Thanks!

FAQ about Old Tea House

1.  Why does their food suck so bad?

Because the chef's were illegally immigrated here from the parts of China
where rat meat is a delicacy.

2.  Why is Old Tea House food so expensive?

It's so the brothers who own tea house can pay their employees enough to
keep their mouth shut about their crazy tax evasions.  True story from a reliable source.

3.  Why does that little fob d00d with the 2004 Honda Accord always mug u?

It might be the little man syndrome, but I've heard he talks shit about everyone
who walks in who's not a fob.  He's also the manager of the store, so I guess
he feels it's his duty to look tough.  I've also heard that he thinks he's good looking.
      What do you think?

4.  I heard they spit in your food.

I've heard from employee friend's of mine that they don't, but it doesn't explain
the F rating they got from the health department and why they had to go to court
twice to fight for their right to stay open for business.

5.  So I should try the dishes with the 5 rating and stars?

Yeah~  those are the only dishes that aren't bad.  Not that it's great food though.
They're totally not worth the money either.  Try Osaka's for Japanese food, Jade
Garden for Chinese food, Thai Nakorn for Thai food, and...you're kind of stuck
with Mana for Korean food.  If u're a freshy~ tough.  Maybe go to Teriyaki
    Express?

6.  What a waste of time and money...

I felt that it was my duty to provide this information for everyone who's getting
duped by tea house.  So don't hate on my generosity.  Apparently, the whole of
Old Tea House employees hate me or something, so I'm taking the wrath to service
    the community of Davis.

7.  Are you going to rate their drink menu too?

Probably not.  The drinks taste like the name.  Now that Tapi is gone, you don't
have much choice for your boba needs.
